As a fifth generation Czech-Bohemian, my love of all things that sparkle began in childhood.  In my teen years my creative urges led me to cut apart tin cans to create one-of-a-kind earrings.  Worn by family and friends alike, I could barely keep up with the demand.  While I had to take a brief break and put my creative urges aside to raise my son, now that he is grown and on his own,  I am able to return to that passion.  I want to share my love of jewelry and create pieces that are each unique in design and spirit.  As the stone speaks to the sculpturer, the canvas to the painter, the beads have a special way of speaking to me.  I have chosen to work with Czech glass beads because of their individuality, their fire and vivid colors, their tiny flaws that make each bead a one-of-a-kind unique treasure.
